A security deposit of GBP 500 may also be required from the Guest to cover any incidental charges.

Property rules
  • Party Policy: Aeria Apartments has a strict no party, no gathering policy. A minimum automatic charge of GBP 2000.00 will be applied for violations. Aeria Apartments also reserves the right to prosecute offenders under the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any Aeria Apartments property. Aeria Apartments will impose an additional fee of £300 for any violations, which may include extra cleaning costs.
  • Damage Policy: Within 48 hours of check-in, the Guest must report to the Supplier’s Representative: • Any damage to the accommodation or items on the inventory. • Any missing items from the inventory, if applicable. The Supplier reserves the right to charge the Guest for any unreported damage to the property or missing items from the inventory after this time frame.
Cancellation policy

The cancelation notice periods for Aeria Apartments are as detailed below:

  • For bookings up to 6 nights: 72 business hours’ notice prior to the date of arrival
  • For bookings of 7 to 28 nights: 7 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
  • For bookings of 29 to 89 nights: 14 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
  • For bookings of 90 nights or more: 28 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
Good to know

You will receive check-in instructions, timings, and contact details 48 hours prior to your arrival. The property operates on a self-check-in basis, and there is no Concierge on site. Your apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your move-in. For stays longer than 8 nights, weekly cleaning will be provided, and a small complimentary welcome pack will be offered upon arrival.
